DELIVERY

Delivery may be arranged within the Kelowna area for and additional fee, depending on the size of the item(s) and delivery distance. Please contact us directly at casamodeloid@gmail.com to enquire about local delivery options and pricing. 

SHIPPING

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. For all purchases requiring delivery outside of the Kelowna, British Columbia area, please contact Casa Modelo Studio at casamodeloid@gmail.com to obtain a shipping quote before completing your purchase.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs.

While we take great care in packaging each item to ensure it is properly protected for transit, Casa Modelo Studio cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs once an item has been transferred to a third-party courier or shipping provider.

Please note that courier coverage may vary, and some courier companies may only provide compensation for packages that are lost or missing. We recommend reviewing the courier’s insurance and coverage policies before shipping.
